Hawaiʻi Island police have located 66-year-old Joseph Whitney of Hilo, who was reported missing.

He was found unharmed Friday (September 18) in Hilo.

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 66-year-old Hilo man who was reported missing.

Joseph Whitney was last seen in Hilo on September 1.

He is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-6, 127 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
