The affected area may experience slight discolored and turbid water for several hours after the test.

This is a reminder of the Water Conservation Notice in effect for the affected areas above due to decreased rainfall amounts and earthquake damaged storage still under repair for the area.

Residents in the affected areas listed above are asked to conserve water until the rainfall increases, and the reservoirs are repaired. This Water Conservation Notice is a request for voluntary 10% reduction in daily use.

Water will be temporarily turned off along Kekuanaoa Street, Manini Street and Kole Streets on Friday, October 1, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to repair a leaking main.

Upon resumption of water service, the waterlines will be flushed and cleaned during which time you may notice turbid and/or discolored water.
You may also notice trapped air in your plumbing, which will be released as you initially use water.
