The relic of Saint Damien spent five days touring the Big Island to various churches and is now touring Maui before going to the other islands.

Visit marks true homecoming for St. Damien, who served the people of Kohala for eight years. The first-class relic, bone from his foot, has been given to the Catholics of Hawaii for custody and veneration.
