The National Weather Service in Honolulu has continued the Red Flag fire advisory for all Hawaiian islands until 6 p.m. Tuesday (Sept 11).

Winds from the East at 15-25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph and a relative humidity as low as 45 percent are creating critical fire weather conditions. Leeward areas of the islands are most vunerable to possible fire hazards.
