Fire/rescue crews responded to a 12:06 p.m. alarm Wednesday (June 22) near the intersection of Kahukai Street and Moku Street in Leilani Estates for a man who fell in a lava tube. The 63 year-old man had been surveying his property when he fell approximately 40 feet into the three foot wide lava tube.
