Lockdown lifted at Kulani, visits to the correctional facility continue Sunday

The lockdown at Kulani Correctional Facility in Hilo was lifted late this morning. All operations are back to normal. Families who had their visits cancelled today should call the facility to reschedule for tomorrow (Sunday 3/8/15).
