Big Island police have released a Honoka'a woman who was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, terroristic threatening and assault. After conferring with prosecutors, police released 35-year-old Kuulei Aloha Ancheta at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday (June 15) pending further investigation. Detectives from the Area II Criminal Investigations Section are continuing the investigation.
