At their June board meeting, the Board of Directors of the non-profit Puna Community Medical Center (PCMC) executed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing an affiliation with Hilo Medical Center.

Hilo Extended Care Facility gets a new ride

Thanks to donations via the Hilo Medical Center Foundation a new van was purchased for the residents of the Extended Care Facility. The van carrys a total of 15 passengers which includes four in wheelchairs. Video of the event.
