Circulon 13-Piece Cookware Set recalled by Meyer Corporation due to laceration hazard from glass lid sold exclusively at Costco. The glass lid used with the 5-quart covered sauté pan can crack, break or shatter, posing a laceration hazard to consumers. Meyer has received 65 reports of broken or shattered lids. No injuries have been reported.
