A man forced his way into a gas station on Kilauea Avenue in Hilo on June 3 and stole two cases of beer. The man was captured on a surveillance video. His face was covered but he was wearing rubber slippers, denim shorts and a blue shirt with the letters "CTU' on the back. After the burglary, he fled in an unknown direction in a silver four-door sedan.
