Big Island police are investigating the Christmas Day discovery of a body in West Hawai'i as a coroner's inquest. At 7:45 a.m. Saturday (December 25), police and fire personnel responded to a report of a body at a Waikoloa resort. The body was identified as 50-year-old Aron Abrams of Los Angeles. An autopsy to determine the exact cause of death is scheduled for Friday. Detectives from the Area II Criminal Investigations Section are continuing the investigation.
