MEDIA RELEASE The Department of Public Works is constructing two curb ramps on either side of Hoku Street at Kilauea Avenue to comply with the American’s with Disabilities Act. The project is scheduled for completion March 11 or 12, weather permitting. Entrance to Hoku Street is closed at Kilauea Avenue.
