A Keiki Soccer Training Session will be hosted by the University of Hawaii at Hilo men’s soccer program on Saturday, April 23 on the UHH Soccer Field.

The free clinic begins with an 8:30 a.m. check-in followed by a two-hour session beginning at 9 a.m. 

UHH Men’s Soccer Coach Bryan Green will be directing this clinic for participants 5-12. Participants are required to bring soccer shoes, soccer ball, soccer socks, shin guards, water and sunscreen.

Hawai‘i Hilo senior midfielder Drew Geis (Honolulu, Hawaii/Kapolei) has been selected the Pacific West Conference Men’s Soccer Player of the Week.

The honor was announced by the PacWest Media Office in Phoenix, Ariz., on Monday, Oct. 11, for games played Oct. 4-10.

The University of Hawaii at Hilo women’s soccer program beat Chaminade University 3-0 in a Pacific West Conference match on the St. Louis High School field in Honolulu, Hawaii.

" We played well today and generated more scoring opportunities," said UHH head coach Marc Miranda.

The Vulcans are 4-5-1 overall and 3-4 in the PacWest while the Silverswords are 2-5 overall and 2-3 in the conference.
