Edwards Hunt charged with voter fraud

Hawai`i First Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Dale Ross, announced today Tiffany Edwards Hunt was formally charged by indictment for the offense of Voter Fraud in violation of Section 19-3.5, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, as amended.

The charge is alleged to have occurred between August 7, 2012 and November 5, 2012, in the County of Hawai‘i. Voter Fraud is a class C felony. The maximum penalty for a class C felony is an indeterminate term of imprisonment of five years or a fine of $10,000.00 or both.
