Police are searching for a Kailua-Kona girl reported missing

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for 17-year-old Kailua-Kona girl who was reported missing.

Noelani Coughlin was last seen in Kailua-Kona on September 13.

She is described as “local Caucasian mix,” 5-foot-6, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair with blond and green highlights. She has tattoos of vines and dead flowers on one of her thighs.

Coughlin was seen in the Puna area and may be with a 21-year-old man named Austin Deuel.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
