Seven escape structure fire in HOVE Tuesday (June 16)

Fire/rescue units responded to a 10:17 a.m. alarm for a structure fire in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Tuesday (June 16) at 92-8841 Coral Parkway.

Crews arrived to find a 32’x24′ single story structure engulfed in flames. The seven occupants were able to escape without injury before firefighters arrived.

Firefighters had the fire under control by 10:40 a.m. and it was declared out at 11:30 a.m.

The sturcture was considered a total loss at $10,000. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
