Four Seasons celebrates ULU first anniversary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is celebrating the one-year anniversary of Ulu Ocean Grill and Sushi Lounge, with an R.S.A. (regional, seasonal, artisanal) farmers’ symposium and winemkers farm-to-table dinner.

Chefs and farmers collaborate over lunch on continuing to move the island culinary movement forward together.

Chef Chris Bateman will lead a forum to discuss Four Seasons culinary wish list, share ideas, challenges, advancements and opportunities. Mahalo lunch to follow.
