The 25th anniversary Christmas at the Fairmont – Dining with the Chefs will take place Saturday, Dec. 14 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Presented by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Kona Kohala Chefs Assn., the festive gala benefits local culinary scholarships.
Twenty top Hawai‘i chefs and confectioners use primarily locally sourced ingredients to prepare tantalizing cuisine – all accompanied by handcrafted ales, wines and 100 percent Kona coffee.
Attendees can enjoy live music under the stars and an exciting live auction of exclusive, private dinner parties and receptions professionally hosted by local chefs.
The event debuts the Fairmont’s towering holiday tree, which last year was crafted entirely of coconuts.
Tickets will be sold starting October 1 for $85.
