Pulama Ia Kona annual meeting (March 20)

Pulama ia Kona Heritage Preservation Council hosts its annual membership meeting 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 20 at the Pavilion at the Holualoa Inn in Holualoa Village.

The public is invited to share pupus and drinks, meet members of Pulama and hear a presentation by the state Department of Transportation about this first Hawaii Scenic Byway.

Pulama also will present its plans to introduce visitors and residents to the Mamalahoa Kona Heritage Corridor.

Parking available on the grounds of Holualoa Inn.

The Pulama ia Kona Council was established as a non-profit, community-based organization in 1994. Pulama’s mission is to preserve, protect and enhance the special qualities of historic Kona.
