By Hawaii 24/7 Staff

Fire department crews spent another day searching for a 67 year-old man who fell about 20 feet into the ocean at South Point while night fishing Sunday (Jan 13). The fisherman was last seen about 50 yards offshore in the darkness before witnesses lost sight of him.

Today at dawn ground crews, a rescue boat and Chopper One were used for the search in the area but did not find the fisherman.

The search will continue Wednesday (Jan 16).
