MEDIA RELEASE

Habitat for Humanity International is partnering with Redemtech, a world leader in refurbishing large volumes of PC’s from businesses.

Redemtech has committed to provide computers for 10,000 Habitat for Humanity partner families through its Microsoft Approved Refurbishing (MAR) computer program including genuine Microsoft software and other initiatives.

As a participant in this program, Habitat for Humanity West Hawaii was able to provide laptops for 14 Habitat families.

They also received a grant from Women’s Fund of Hawaii aimed at helping their partner families increase their self-sufficiency by upgrading their employment skills.

Habitat for Humanity West Hawaii is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization. Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with people in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing.
