YES!! Youth Sustainability Camp
‘The Art of Sustainability’
Fall Break, Oct. 1-5
Honaunau, West Hawaii

YES!! is the Youth Empowerment for Sustainability Camp that is hosting great learning activities for youth ages 10-14 during school breaks.

These full-day activities, Monday-Friday, feature a wide range of sustainability learning activities and for Fall Camp our theme is ART and NATURE.

We’ll use natural materials and innovative technologies to help in the garden and greenhouse and we’ll harvest green resources for art projects.

Campers enjoy guest presenters, artists and teachers and take walking tours to other green living and art sites in the neighborhood.

Topics include: Nature, Gardening, Wildlife, Art, Music, Local Healthy Foods, and Sustainable Living

Location: One Island’s Sustainable Living Center is sited on a 10-acre organic farm in Honaunau overlooking Kealakekua Bay on Painted Church Rd.

Time: Weekdays 9-4. Friday overnight campout and showcase on Saturday for family and community are highlights.
