Big Island police are looking for a 33-year-old Hilo woman who was reported missing.
Phiem Nguyen is described as Vietnamese, about 5-foot-7, about 135 pounds, with long brown hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. She has a long string of letters tattooed below her neck and a tattooed wedding band on her left ring finger.
She was last seen at on Haili Street in Hilo on Tuesday (September 25) at about 6 p.m. She was wearing a blue tank top and grey shorts.
Nguyen has a medical condition, which does not require medication.
Police ask that anyone with information her whereabouts call Detective Derek Morimoto at 961-2380 or email him at dmorimoto@co.hawaii.hi.us. Callers may also call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Big Island police have located 33-year-old Phiem Nguyen of Hilo, who was reported missing. She was found unharmed in Hilo on Wednesday afternoon (September 26).
