MEDIA RELEASE

The Hawaii County Band will perform a free public concert at noon Saturday, Sept. 8, in the Aupuni Center conference room (the former Firestone building) located at 101 Pauahi St. in Hilo.

A temporary venue change is needed to accommodate accessibility upgrades and other ongoing construction work at Mooheau Park Bandstand, which is where the band normally performs its monthly concerts.

The public is invited to attend the concert.
