Police are looking for man reported missing, also wanted on warrants

Police are searching for Conrad Mattos reported missing. Mattos is 27 years-old, 5’4″ tall, about 150 pounds, has blond hair, brown eyes and may be in need of medical attention.

Mattos was last seen at Hilo Medical Center on Sunday (Aug 12). Mattos also has outstanding warrants for his arrest.
