Spring Cleaning Opportunity: Waiakea High School Junior Country Fair rummage sale collection date

Take advantage of this great opportunity to clean your home of unwanted clothing, toys, games, infant supplies, books, office supplies, CDs, DVDs, kitchen goods, appliances, furniture and other miscellaneous items! Spring clean your home and help the Waiakea High School Junior Class of 2013 Manta Rays! The class kindly asks the public to drop off their rummage sale items on Friday, April 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Drop off location will be at the Waiakea High School bus ramp.

The Junior Country Fair is the major fundraiser for the Class of 2013 to subsidize all of the activities during the class’ senior year such as Homecoming, Variety Show, Senior Luau, Senior Prom, and Commencement/Graduation. This year’s Junior Country Fair will be held on Saturday April 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the WHS cafeteria.

Please drop off your miscellaneous items to help the WHS Junior Class have a successful senior year full of activities and memories that they will never forget. If you have any questions or for more information, please contact Kellie Iwasaki, WHS Junior Country Fair chair, at 987-4931.

The WHS Junior Class is also selling pre-sale tickets for sweet bread to be picked up on Sat. April 21. For sweat break tickets, please contact Mrs. Fujioka at 974-4888 ext. 263.
