New website lists art, craft classes in Kona

Hawaii 24/7 Staff

A website dedicated to listing art and craft classes offered in the Kona area has been launched. It also includes information on special seminars and workshops.

The website is designed to be a one-stop place to find the many artists who conduct classes in mosaics, watercolor, porcelain painting, gourds, ceramics, oils and acrylics.

All artists have limited space so students are encouraged to make reservations. Contact information for individual artists is listed on the website.

Some artists are able to take students who are on the Big Island for only a short time. Many artists will take beginners to advanced students. However, most classes are not geared toward children.
