County brings Christmas magic to Hilo

“The Magic of Christmas” display is lighting up the Hawaii County building at 25 Aupuni Street in Hilo. It is free and open to the public daily at 8 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. with live entertainment starting at 5 p.m. nightly.

Drop by and view the holiday displays that feature 33 beautifully decorated trees. The trees were decorated by county employees from the various departments. Mahalo to all the entertainers who generously donated their time and talent to make this a special event for our island community. Bruddah Waltah Aipolani, Kuahiwis and Jeri Gertz provided the entertainment Tuesday night (Dec 20).
