Comments from Head Coach Stephen Perry:
I was very satisfied with our work rate today throughout the game. Konawaena came at us with some speed and physicality that we had not see yet this season. I thought our girls did a good job of settling in, adjusting, and playing our game.

Bri gave us some great energy up top today and she converted some wonderful through passes.

I thought the big goal was Nanea’s … right after Konawaena scored to cut it to 2-1. Jah’nae Ayoso-Purdy gave Nanea a great pass to the top of the box and Nanea showed good composure to finish.

A solid win.
