Light snow flurries forecast for Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa through Monday (Nov 21)

The National Weather Service in Honolulu has forecast light snow showers, ice and fog for the summits of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa through Monday (Nov 21).

High clouds are also forecast to persist through the weekend.

A small craft advisory is in effect until 6 a.m. Sunday (Nov 20) for the Kaiwi Channel, Maalaea Bay, Pailolo Channgel, Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island leeward and Southeast waters.
