MEDIA RELEASE
The County of Hawai‘i will extend the mauka lane along MÄmalahoa Hwy five- feet for a pedestrian path in HÅlualoa town.
The pedestrian path will begin at HÅlualoa Elementary School, for ¼ of a mile ending at Imin Center.
Road construction is scheduled to begin Tuesday, and Wednesday, (October 25-26), and may continue through Thursday. One lane will remain closed from 9:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. Please plan for delays.
