Users are getting a fake direct (private) Twitter message via the service similar to this one we got:
The shortened link will send users to a fake Twitter page like the one below.
The webpage address for the page has the wrong URL and has twitter.com spelled wrong. The page is set-up to harvest usernames and passwords.
If you think you may have entered your username and password into this page please go to the real Twitter webpage at http://twitter.com and change your password immediately.
Many people use the same password for multiple accounts online and may thus make these other accounts vulnerable to unauthorized access.
