MEDIA RELEASE

PBS Hawaii’s Hiki No Online Editor/Assistant Producer Lawrence Pacheco will conduct a training workshop at noon Thursday, Sept. 15 at Konawaena High School for student journalists participating in the statewide student news network.

Konawaena was selected as the host school for the second season premiere of Hiki No to air next month. Pacheco will offer tips for producing, directing, video shooting and on-camera delivery.

He and media teacher Michelle Obregon will then guide students as they film segments for the program.
