Queens’ MarketPlace voted North Hawaii’s best

MEDIA RELEASE

Queens’ MarketPlace in Waikoloa Beach Resort has been voted “Best Shopping Center Destination” by readers of North Hawaii News, the paper announced recently.

In an area known for first-class shopping and dining, this distinction sets the 4-year-old center apart as a favorite of Hawaii residents.

“We have a wonderful mix of shops and businesses here in Queens’ MarketPlace. They are a pleasure to work with,” said Scott Head, vice president of resort operations. “And I have to hand it to our management team for always striving to make Queens’ a vibrant destination of activity, entertainment and fun. They’re committed to making sure our visitors and residents alike have a memorable experience at Queens’ MarketPlace. I’m very proud of our team, and very grateful to the community for their ongoing support.”

Queens’ MarketPlace is known for its varied architectural designs, bringing different Hawaii elements into play, as well as a wide selection of 25 shops and services, plus 12 restaurants and eateries and an upscale grocery-deli-sushi counter and wine bar.

In addition, Waikoloa Bowl in Queens’ Gardens presents major outdoor concerts in an open-air venue several times each year.
