From County Clerk Jamae K. K. Kawauchi, dated April 18, 2011, identifying Redistricting Commission staff, support personnel, and description of respective roles.
— The staff and support personnel for the Redistricting Commission shall be as follows:

Patricia Nakamoto, Supervisor, Elections Division – Technical Support
Karen Eoff – Redistricting Commission Secretary

COMM. 2: BUDGET FOR 2011 REDISTRICTING COMMISSION
From County Clerk Jamae K. K. Kawauchi, dated April 18, 2011, describing the Redistricting Commission Budget.
— The operating budget for the 2011 Hawaii County Redistricting Commission are $7,000 and $75,000 for the current fiscal year and FY 2012, respectively. These funds will be used for Redistricting Commission expenses, reimbursement of allowable fees and costs incurred by Commissioners and Commission staff, and for the purchase of software programs and/or appropriate equipment necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Redistricting Commission.
