Alternating single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) in both directions from Laupahoehoe Point Road to Laupahoehoe Gulch, also known as the Second Horseshoe, near Milepost Marker 26.1, on Monday, April 11, through Friday, April 15, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily for slope stabilization work.
