Big Island lane closures for the week of Feb 28 – March 4

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —

1) VICINITY OF LAUPAHOEHOE GULCH
Alternating single lane closures on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) in both directions from Laupahoehoe Point Road to Laupahoehoe Gulch, also known as the Second Horseshoe, near Milepost Marker 26.1, on Monday, February 28, through Friday, March 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily for slope stabilization work.

— KOHALA MOUNTAIN ROAD (ROUTE 250) —

1) KAMUELA

Alternating single lane closures on Kohala Mountain Road (Route 250) in both directions from Kawaihae Road (Route 19), near the Waiaka Stream Bridge, to Kohala Ranch Road, on Monday, February 28, through Friday, March 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for pavement striping work.

Alternating single lane closures on Kohala Mountain Road (Route 250) in both directions near Milepost Marker 13.7 on Monday, February 28, through Friday, March 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for replacement of existing culvert.

— MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 190) —

1) VICINITY OF MAKALEI
Alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 190) in both directions near Milepost Markers 27 and 29 for worksite in the vicinity of Makalei on Monday, February 28, through Friday, March 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for slope stabilization work.
