Join U.S. Senators Daniel K. Inouye, U.S. Senator Daniel K. Akaka, U.S. Representative Mazie Hirono and gubernatorial candidate Neil Abercrombie at the Democratic Party’s Family Fun Day 3-6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17 at the Keauhou Beach Resort’s Royal Garden.

The entire West Hawaii community is invited to this free event that features ono kau kau (food), games for the keiki, and Hawaiian entertainment. Bring your friends and entire ohana for a great Sunday afternoon Kona-style gathering.

In addition to Hawaii’s Congressional team, you’re invited to meet and talk story with gubernatorial candidate Neil Abercrombie and Lt. Gov. candidate Brian Schatz.

Other Democratic Party candidates in attendance include State Senator Russell Kokubun, State Representative Bob Herkes, State Representative Denny Coffman, State Representative Cindy Evans, and County Council candidate Brittany Smart.

Incoming Council member Angel Pilago, County Council member Pete Hoffmann, State Senator Josh Green and Mayor Billy Kenoi also will be in attendance.
