Kailua-Kona celebrated America’s birthday with a parade down Alii Drive and a skyrockets blasting over Kailua Bay Sunday (July 4).
The parade put on by the Kailua-Kona Community Parade Association featured Senator Daniel K. Inouye as the Grand Marshall and numerous parade units and floats.
The evening was capped with a fireworks show over Kailua Bay.
