Earl’s Garage Summer Science Program

MEDIA RELEASE

Enrollment in the Earl’s Garage summer program is now open to kids ages 9-14. Activities based in science, technology, and creativity are scheduled for June 7 to July 9, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm (closed July 5).

Each week will feature a new theme: energy in action, musical instrument fabrication, underwater robotics, and design your own video game. Kids may be registered for weekly blocks or the entire summer program.

Although Earl’s Garage receives the majority of its support from community donations, and grants, a $10/week fee is requested to cover a very small portion of the summer program expenses. Space is limited, please call Katherine @ 885-6777 for more details.

Earl’s Garage is located in the Kamuela Business Center at 64-1032 Mamalahoa Highway (behind Tutu’s House), and is a project of the community based nonprofit organization, Friends of the Future. www.fofhawaii.org
