The University of Hawaii at Hilo is headed to Oahu for the NCAA Division II West Regional this week, the NCAA announced this morning.

One of two Regional sites in the West, Hawaii Pacific University (41-6) hosts the four-team regional tentatively scheduled for Friday through Sunday, May 14-16 at their Howard A. Okita Field in Kane’ohe. The field is rounded out by Great Northwest Athletic Conference’s champion Central Washington University (37-13) and California Collegiate Athletic Association’s Cal State Monterey Bay (32-16).

Game times and dates for the double-elimination tournament have not been finalized, however, top-seed HPU will face Central Washington and Hawaii Hilo (35-14) will face Cal State Monterey Bay.

The 16 regional winners will advance to the Super Regionals on May 21-22. The finals will be held May 27-31 in St. Joseph, Mo.
