6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
START TIME
Runners to start at 6:45 a.m.
Walkers start at 7:00 a.m.
(For safety reasons, walkers should not
be on the route prior to the runners.)

THE CHARITY WALK
Gives everyone a chance to raise money for Hawaii’s charities. Walk with the Hawai‘i Hotel & Lodging Association and their allied members to help build a better, healthier Hawaii, for all of us.

WHO MAY WALK?
The Hawai‘i Hotel & Lodging Association invites everyone of every age to walk. Those under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and walkers under the age of 18 must have this application signed by a parent or guardian. All walkers should have minimum donations regardless of age (see front of form).

WHEN IS THE CHARITY WALK?
The Visitor Industry CHARITY WALK is Saturday, May 15, 2010. (Traditionally the 3rd Saturday in May.)

WHERE IS THE CHARITY WALK?
The starting point for the CHARITY WALK ON THE BIG ISLAND is Mauna Lani Resort.

Walkers present original of the walk form at the CHARITY WALK. Keep the copy at home for follow-up collection of donations once the CHARITY WALK is over. Of course, walkers may sign up as many sponsors as they like and collect donations prior to the walk to submit during registration. And, walkers may sponsor themselves.
