Police find missing 17 year-old Pahoa girl

Big Island police have located 17-year-old Celine Currier, who was reported missing.

She returned home unharmed Monday night (March 22).

Big Island police are searching for a 17-year-old Pāhoa girl reported missing.

Celine Currier was last seen at 7 p.m. Friday (March 19).

She is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-7 135-to-140 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt with a zipper, a brown T-shirt with the word “Revolt” in white letters, blue jeans and purple slippers.

Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts call Detective Brian Miller at 961-2385 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
