Beat on the boards 50-28, the University of Hawaii at Hilo continues to struggle as Notre Dame de Namur University defeats the Vulcans 75-58 in a Pacific West Conference game in Belmont, Calif.
The Vulcans are 3-10 overall and 0-2 in the PacWest while the Argonauts are 5-7 overall and 1-0 in the PacWest.
Kayce Kirihara claimed six of the Vulcans caroms while scoring 10 points. Hina Kimitete led the Vulcans with 14 points while Sheena Pio and Natalie Mata added 12 each.
Of the Argonauts total rebounds, 23 were on the offensive side.
