Kona Brewing Co. recently announced the addition of Steven Adyani as the Kailua-Kona pub general manager.

Adyani has more than 17 years of management experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Most recently he served as chief operations officer at Arancino Restaurant Group in Honolulu.

Prior to that, he held various management positions at establishments, including Prime Restaurant Concepts, The Cheesecake Factory, and Trattoria Restaurant.

Adyani holds a master’s degree in hospitality management and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, both from the University of Rome, Italy.
