.SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE ISLANDS. WINDS WILL SUBSIDE FRIDAY AS THE FRONT WEAKENS.

…WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM HST FRIDAY…
WINDS ACROSS THE BIG ISLAND AND HALEAKALA SUMMITS WILL REACH 30 TO 40 MPH TONIGHT…WITH GUSTS POSSIBLY REACHING 55 MPH AT TIMES.
