Kona RICO office moving to Hualalai Center

MEDIA RELEASE

HONOLULU — The Kona office of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Regulated Industries Complaints Office (Kona RICO) is moving from its current location at the Keauhou Shopping Center to the Hualalai Center.

The Kona RICO office will be closed on Monday, November 23 for the move, and will reopen at its new location on Tuesday, November 24.

The Regulated Industries Complaints Office (RICO) assists the public and licensees through education and through enforcement of many of the state’s professional licensing laws. RICO also administers the State Certified Arbitration Program (SCAP) for “lemon” vehicles.
