Isaac Jaffurs

Isaac Jaffurs is at the top of pack with a 4-under-par 68 after the first round of the Western Washington University Invitational held on the Bellingham Golf and Country Club in Wash.

The senior turned in twin 34s on the back and front nine to lead the Vulcans to a tie for second place.

Joining Jaffurs on the course are Christopher Armanini (T4, 70), Ryan Felix and Neil Cabico (T27, 75) and Logan Goulding (T32, 76).

St. Martin’s University leads the team race at 285 followed by UH Hilo and the University of British Columbia at 288. Fourteen teams are participating in the tournament.
