Hawaii County Civil Defense reported that Highway 19 was reopened as of 5:30 p.m.

MEDIA RELEASE

Hawaii County Civil Defense reports Highway 19 being closed at the 44-45 mile marker as of 4:15 p.m. due to a traffic crash. Traffic is being routed through Ahualoa on the old Mamalahoa Highway.
