…Fire weather watch in effect from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon…
The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a fire weather watch…which is in effect from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.
Continued dry weather has produced low fuel moisture levels over leeward areas. Strengthening trade winds will increase the fire danger to critical levels Tuesday from mid-morning through the evening. Continued windy weather could mean another day of critical fire weather conditions on thursday.
Precautionary/preparedness actions…
A fire weather watch means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur. listen for later forecasts and possible red flag warnings.
As I always say be prepared
